The International Coach Federation (ICF) requires coach mentoring from an ICF-credentialed coach for anyone trying to earn his/her ACC*, PCC** or MCC credential OR for anyone trying to renew his/her ACC credential.Per ICF regulations, each mentoring group is limited to no more than 10 coaches (we prefer to start with a group of at least five coaches) and must take at least three months to complete. The investment is a reasonable $1,500 per person with an internationally recognized brain-based coach/mentor/assessor AND master facilitator. Paul has successfully trained or mentored hundreds of credentialed and non-credentialed coaches in a brain-based coaching methodology over the past 10 years.
